The Battery does not last long enough!
I bought this lawn mower in 2021. I was excited about using it, but my sister suddenly passed away that summer, so I never got the chance to use it. I had to get her affairs in order and it took quite some time, because she left behind a son who was mentally challenged. I had to hire someone to cut my grass, because I didn't have the time to cut it anymore. I was going back and forth between my house and her apartment waiting for the right time to move her son to another place. It took over a year to get everything done and close her apartment. I did not get a chance until this summer 2024 to use the new lawn mower. I was impressed that it was light weight and that it cut the grass pretty good, but what surprised me was how quick the battery died. I thought maybe it was because it took me so long to use it. After I read some of the reviews then I realized that wasn't the case. I wish I had known earlier about the battery for this lawn mower, I would have bought another size. I need to do my grass right now, but I can't because I recently had surgery. I do have the gas lawn mower, but I bought this one because it was going to be easier for me, plus I got tired of pulling that string on the old lawn mower and gasing it up. I am trying to find out if their is a newer battery out now, that is stronger and better than this one. I like the lawn mower, but a stronger battery is needed! Also, It would be nice if the company would offer a coupon or something to help with the purchase of another battery just to keep the customers happy and satisfied!

I have had two seasons with my lawnmower and very disappointed with the batteries. Lucky if they last 20 minutes.

Battery issues
The batteries puke out over time. Now I can only do one-half to two passes in my extremely small yard before I need to switch out the batteries. It takes me 45 minutes to mow my lawn that is less than 1/10 acre. On the bright side, it mulches the clippings really well.

Battery eater
when I got this as a birthday present from my husband I was so happy to not use gas again. I loved using it but as time went on it began to use up batteries in what seemed to be a few minutes and I have a small backyard. I am now in my 2nd season and use 4-5 batteries just to get the job done.

Great little machine
I got it as a used gift. Read the specs. We have a very over grown yard and mowed down some tough stuff with this little machine! I read the Battery run time 30min with the 4.0AH battery time to buy a quick charger! Great for small yards wouldn't want to mow my 2.1 acres with it. Still love it! Very light weight and easy to maneuver. Choices on big lawns are Pull out big clunky mower or several batteries for this small light weight one? Batteries are lighter and this mover is so light & compact easier to store.
